The unique dessert for chocolate and crepe lovers. Very simple yet delicious. With layers of whipped cream. Best for birthdays as well

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 tbsp Butter
  2. 3 Cups Milk
  3. 1 1/2 cup flour
  4. 7 tbsp granulated sugar
  5. 6 eggs
  6. 4 cups whipped cream
  7. 6 oz chocolate (I used morde)
  8. 4 tbsp milk
  9. 3 tbsp powder sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan melt butter and keep aside.
  2. Warm milk untill small bubbles occur.
  3. In a mixing bowl add flour and sugar and mix .
  4. Then add the eggs and mix with electric beater.
  5. Then add butter and milk gradually and keep mixing untill running consistency.
  6. On a non stick pan over medium heat pour 1/4 cup of the batter and tip the pan to cover entire bottom surface.
  7. Cook until the bottom of crepes begin to turn brown and then flip.
  8. Repeat until all the crepe batter is used.
  9. Cool all the crepes.
  10. Now take a crepe and layer with whipped cream.
  11. Then do the same with every crepe and make a tower.
  12. Once assembled clean the edges for better look.
  13. For ganache- On a double boiler melt chocolate and milk and keep stirring until running consistency.
  14. Then pour the ganache ganache on the cake and spread it evenly.
  15. Then sift some powdered sugar on them (optional).
  16. Enjoy.
