  • For marination-
  • soya sauce
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For dip batter-
  • Flour
  • Corn flour
  • Egg
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Dipped chicken lollipops

  1. Marinate the cleaned chicken lollipops and keep for an hour.
  2. Prepare the flowing consistency dip batter by adding water and other ingredients.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai.
  4. Dip the chicken pieces in batter and deep fry until crispy.
  5. Remove on tissue paper.
  6. Serve with schezwan sauce.
My Tip: Your batter should not be to thick nor to thin.
