Eggless Mango Cream Caramel

Ingredients to make Eggless Mango Cream Caramel

  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 3 tbs thick cream
  • 1 cup thick curd
  • 1 cup milkmaid
  • 3 tbsp sugar

How to make Eggless Mango Cream Caramel

  1. Mix together coconut milk, curd,cream, mango puree and corn flour without any lumps and set aside.
  2. Now in a nonstick pan heat sugar.
  3. Till it forms into amber colour caramel
  4. Pour this in heat proof ceramic bowls.
  5. Swril it around to distribute caramel evenly.
  6. Now pour the mango mixture we made earlier.
  7. Place the filled bowls in a wide pan filled with water and cook for 20 mins with lid on.
  8. Once done cool it in fridge for 15 mins and serve.
