Ingredients to make Aam ras bhari Parval ki mithai

  • 250 gm parval
  • 1 tsp Alum powder
  • 200 gm sugar granulated
  • 1pich edible green colour
  • 2 cup or as per need water
  • 1/4 tsp elaychi powder
  • For filling---
  • 1/4 cup suji
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango pure
  • 1/2cup powder sugar
  • 1/2cup mava

How to make Aam ras bhari Parval ki mithai

  1. 1 . Peel all parval and cut half and remove all seeds.
  2. 2. Soke parval in alum water for 1/2 hour.
  3. 3. Remove parval and boil this alum water for only 2 min. for half done .
  4. 4. Take out parval and keep aside.
  5. 5. Now ,for sugar syrup in pan pour sugar add 3 tbsp water and boil for 2 string syrup add elaichi powder and green colour.
  6. 6. Put half done parval in this syrup and boil for 1 min. and put lid on the pan keep aside for 1 hr.
  7. Filling--
  8. 7. Take another pan roast suji for 2-3 min.
  9. 8. Add mango puree ,sugar powder and mava one by one cook till it becomes like a dough or puran and leaves the side of pan .
  10. 9. Cool down the filling .
  11. 10. Pour this mango puran in a piping bag with Star nozzle .
  12. 11. Now keep all parval on a chalni so that extra sugar syrup will drain out.
  13. 12. Fill these sweet parval with Star nozzle piping bag decorate with silver balls.
  14. 13.chill this yummy mango parval mithai and serve.
My Tip: serve chilled this yummy mithai.
