Ingredients to make The Giant

  • Wholewheat Buns 2
  • Lettuce
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Mayonnaise 2tbspn
  • Tomato ketchup 2tbspn
  • Cheese slices 1
  • For tikki:
  • Boiled potato
  • Boiled Rajma
  • Salt
  • oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Chat masala

How to make The Giant

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes and Rajma. Add salt, Oregano, black pepper amd little bit of chat masala to make it tangy. Now roll it into balls and flatten it. Oil the tikki from both sides and cook in air fryer for 15mins at 180degrees.
  2. Take the bun and cut it into halves. Apply mayonnaise on both the buns on the inner side.
  3. Place a lettuce then pile on the tikki. Place the onions and a cheese slice.
  4. Place the top bun and serve with chips or fries.
My Tip: Make it as healthy as possible. Add some veggies in the tikki as your kids liking.
