Choco Mousse

Ingredients to make Choco Mousse

  • Dark Compound Chocolate - 250 gms
  • Whipped Cream - (any brand) - 200 gms
  • Vanilla Essence 3-4 drops
  • Chocolate cookies or Oreo Cookies (Crushed)
  • Choco chips (optional) for decoration

How to make Choco Mousse

  1. Melt chocolate in a microwave. Keep stirring after every 30 seconds to avoid getting it burnt.
  2. Take the cream in a bowl and whip until soft peaks are formed.
  3. Fold the melted chocolate in the cream and add vanilla essence.
  4. Now to serve individual serving - take a shot glass or small bowl of your choice and place the crushed cookies at the bottom. Add in a scoop of prepared mousse. Repeat the layers until your glass/bowl is filled.
  5. Sprinkle crushed biscuits or decorate it with chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate overnight or for 2 hours until set and relish!
My Tip: To whip the cream, ensure that you take a chilled bowl. This will make your process faster.
