Sago Coconut Mango pudding

Ingredients to make Sago Coconut Mango pudding

  • One cup full fat milk
  • One cup coconut milk
  • One cup heavy cream
  • Sago three to four spoon .
  • Half cup fresh Coconut
  • Mango puree 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/4 the cup
  • Half cup mango pieces
  • One table spoon cornflour floor
  • One table spoon Custard powder
  • Coconut essence

How to make Sago Coconut Mango pudding

  1. Soak sago with water just above the level of sago for six to seven hours
  2. In thick bottom pan add milk let it come to the boil
  3. Add sugar and let it boil
  4. Add sago and cook for 8-10 minutes
  5. Add fresh grated coconut
  6. Make slurry of custard and cornflour and slowly add to the boiling milk
  7. Now add heavy cream let it boil for one minute
  8. Add Coconut milk
  9. Let it cook for another minute
  10. Remove from the stove
  11. Add Coconut essence
  12. Add Mango purée and mix well
  13. Serve chilled with mango pieces on top
