Ingredients to make Mango ice-cream

  • Mangoes peeled cut and pureed 2
  • Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
  • malai chillied 1 bowl
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Glazed karonde as per required
  • Tuttifruity for garnish

How to make Mango ice-cream

  1. Take malai in a mixer and mix till peaks form. Be careful as over-mixing can make it into butter.
  2. Now add sugar and mango puree. Mix.
  3. Add the milk and mix.
  4. Now transfer this to a container and freeze for 2-3 hours. Mix again and freeze for 3 hours. The ice cream is now ready.
  5. Now garnish with glazed karonde and tutti fruity.Enjoy.

My Tip:

Dry can also be added to the Ice Cream.
