  • 1.Carrots- 1 kg (grated)
  • 2.Milk- 2 litres
  • 3.Khoya- 150gms Sugar-
  • 4.Sugar- 1 cup
  • 5.Ghee-2tabsp
  • 6.For Garnishing
  • 7.Cashew nuts- 5-6 (halved)
  • 8.Almonds- 5-6 (sliced)
  • 9.Cardamom powder- 1 pinch
