Ingredients to make Bread sandwich dhokla

  • Bread
  • Boiled potatoes
  • oil
  • Green chilli
  • Chopped green coriander leaves
  • Red chilli powder
  • haldi powder
  • salt
  • Ajwain
  • besan
  • chopped onion
  • Black mustard seeds
  • curry leaves

How to make Bread sandwich dhokla

  1. 1.How to make filling : 1.Take a pan and pour some oil and heat it now add black mustard seeds and curry leaves saute till it cracks, Now add chopped onion ,green chilli mix well till it golden brown. 2. Now add boiled potatoes, red chilli powder ,salt,haldi powder,mix well and cover it with lid for 2 minutes ,now add chopped coriander leaves and mix and keep aside side for cooling and filling is ready.
  2. 2.How to make sandwich : 1.Take a bread slice and flat it by rolling pin
  3. 2.Now put the filling in between and roll it slowly so that it don't break at the end of the roll add some water that they should not open.Make all like that and keep aside.
  4. 3.Take a bowl add besan, red chilli powder ,salt,Ajwain, chopped coriander ,haldi powder now mix all ingredients with help of water and make a thick batter of it.
  5. 4.Now dip rolls in the besan batter slowly so that bread should be covered from all sides and keep in a strainer .
  6. 5.Now steam these sandwich in a steamer for 20 minutes and check in between with toothpick
  7. 6.Take out from satainer and cool them and then cut into small small pieces
  8. 7.Now again take a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves saute till crackle then add dhokla pieces and sauté till crisp and immediately serve with chutney
