Mango kadhi

Ingredients to make Mango kadhi

  • Mango skins and seed soked in water 1 cup
  • Besan 2 spoons
  • salt as per taste
  • Turmeric 1 /2 tea spoon
  • Chopped chilly,garlic 1 spoon
  • Rai and jeera 1 spoon
  • Oil 1 spoon
  • Coriander to Garnish

How to make Mango kadhi

  1. Take bowl add in water and deep in mango seed and skins and wash them well.
  2. Now add in besan to it and grind them well.
  3. Add in salt and turmeric to it.
  4. Take oil add in rai,jeera and chilly and garlic and pour it on kadhi and boil kadhi for appx 30 mins.
  5. Once kadhi is ready you can garlish with coriander and serve with rice or roti.
My Tip: Best way to use leftover mango seeds n skins.
