Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd 2 cups
  2. sugar 1 cup
  3. Green chilly 1 pc
  4. Coriander leaves 2 to 3 spoons
  5. Black peppar pinch
  6. Elachi powder 1/2 tea spoon
  7. Jaifal pinch
  8. Roasted Nuts 2 to 3 spoons

Instructions

  1. In mixi add in sugar ,green chilly and coriander and grind it well. Keeping in mind it should not bcome paste. It should be dry.
  2. Now take hung curd and add in mixture and beat it well.
  3. Add all other ingredients and keep it in fridge for few hrs.
  4. Your harabhara...sweet and spicy shrikhand is ready.
