Ingredients to make Rawa vegetable hadwa

  • Suji or rawa 2 cups
  • Vegetables of your choice 1 cup
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon
  • Penuts 1 spoon
  • Crushed mirchi and adrak 1 spoon
  • Til 1 spoon
  • Haldi powder 1 /2 spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for cooking
  • Curry leavs
  • rai 1 Spoon

How to make Rawa vegetable hadwa

  1. In one bowl take suji and add in curd and keep it aside for 10 to 15 mins.
  2. Now add in grated vegtables. (Lauki,carrots,potatoes,cabbage,green peas) and crushed adrak and mirchi.
  3. Once added mix in well and Add in penuts and other dry masals to it and keep aside for few mins.
  4. Take oil in kadai and add in rai and curry leaves to it and pour in batter.
  5. Cook in very slow flam for 10 to 15 mins appx.
  6. Now turn and cook for another 10 mins appx. Check by inserting knife.
  7. Once done cut and serve witg minty chunty.
