Ingredients to make Roti sandwich

  • 3bowl of wheatflour
  • salt to taste
  • little aprrox two tablespoons of ghee
  • for potatoe stuffing-----
  • Boiled potatoes
  • salt
  • crushed ginger and garlic
  • mushrooms chopped (optional)
  • Finely chopped onion 2
  • oil 2tsp
  • for filling cucumber cut in round piece
  • tomatoe cut in round pieces
  • capsicum 1 cut in round pieces
  • onions in round pieces
  • green corriander chutney---
  • green corriander
  • Green chili
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • handful peanuts
  • Cheese cubes

How to make Roti sandwich

  1. preparing of chutney----
  2. add green chili to corriander
  3. add lemon juice
  4. add salt and peanuts
  5. grind in mixer grinder
  6. now preparing of potatoes stuffing
  7. add green chili and garlic to boiled potatoes
  8. add lemon juice
  9. add salt mix and keep aside
  10. in a pan add oil
  11. add curry leaves
  12. add onions
  13. add chopped mushrooms
  14. cook for sometime and add to potatoes
  15. stuffing is ready
  16. preparing of dough --------------
  17. add salt to flour
  18. add two tablespoons of ghee to flour
  19. bind soft dough with help of water
  20. make chappatis and keep aside
  21. making of sanwich
  22. take one chappati,apply butter
  23. now spreading chutney
  24. now spread potatoes masala
  25. now take second chappati and apply butter
  26. spread chutney and keep on potatoes
  27. now place cucumber,tomato,onions and capsicum
  28. grate cheese over it
  29. now take third chappati and apply butter and chutney
  30. place chutney side on cucumber side
  31. apply butter on non stick tawa
  32. place this sandwich on tawa and cook for 2-3 minutes
  33. after 2-3 minutes flip and cook other side
  34. cover with lid
  35. cook for 2-3 minutes
  36. cut in triangle shaped and serve with green chutney and ketchup
