ABOUT Cucumber pasta salad RECIPE

Its a very easy and simple recipe for kids to make the eat salad in a very interesting...one more about this salad is that there are pasta used. These pasta salad is made up of cucumbers only and no cooking required.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. One cucumber
  2. Salt and crushed black pepper for taste
  3. One table spoon of lemon juice
  4. Lemon and tomato wedges for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber. Now peel the cucumber with peeler in a plate.
  2. Cut the centre seeded part into small pieces.
  3. Add salt and pepper and lemon juice
  4. Garnish with tomato and lemon wedges
