Ingredients to make Baked Veggies Pasta

  • Fussili Pasta 2 cups
  • Water 4 to 5 cups for boiling
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Grated cheese 1 to 2 tablespoons
  • Finely chopped onion 1 cup
  • Finely chopped Spinach 2 cups
  • Boiled Corn kernels 1 cup
  • Crushed Garlic 1 to 2 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 to 2 teaspoons
  • Oregano 1 teaspoon
  • Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Baked Veggies Pasta

  1. Boil pasta in 4 to 5 cups of water till half done.Then apply some oil so that it will not stick each other.
  2. Roast 1 tablespoon of Oats and let it cool down.Later grind it into a powder.
  3. Add 3 to 4 cups of milk,roasted oats powder,herbs ,black pepper powder and cheese . Mix well and cook it with consistent to avoid lumps.
  4. Heat some oil in a pan, sauté finely chopped onion and garlic till translucent.Later add boiled Corn and finely chopped Spinach and cook for some time.Allow it to cool
  5. In a oven proof dish , arrange boiled pasta as 1st layer
  6. Arrange sautéed veggies on Pasta as 2nd layer
  7. Pour ready white sauce prepared from oats powder on it as 3rd layer and top it with remaining grated cheese
  8. Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes on 200 degrees
