Ingredients to make Mango halwa

  • 1 Bowl mango chopped
  • 1 bowl milk
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 4 cardamom powder
  • Cashew chrush
  • Almond and cashew for garnish
  • Pinch of saffron
  • Ghee 3 tbsp

How to make Mango halwa

  1. Set All Ingredients
  2. Heat ghee in pan and add chopped ripe mango and saute
  3. Then add milk and cook till mango is cook.add saffron strands and mix it. If mango is not melt then bland it using blender.
  4. When mango milk mixture is became thick add sugar
  5. Saute Till It Became thick.
  6. Then add cardamom powder, cashew and milk powder mix it and saute it.
  7. When It remove side of the pan then it's ready.its looking like dough.
  8. Then take designer spoon and make small designer peda.and garnish with dryfruit .
My Tip: If you make thin consistency its halwa and thick consistency its became barfi or peda .
