ABOUT Suji barfi RECIPE

My daughter like this very much. Its like suji halwa without nuts. You can add nuts and dry fruits as per choice. And bayleaf too you can add in the beginning.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ghee 2tbsp
  2. Suji 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 3tbsp
  4. Milk 1cup
  5. Water 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan then add ghee
  2. Add suji and stir well in medium flame
  3. When it will become golden add sugar and stir
  4. After 1/2minute add milk and water and stir.
  5. When water will become dry grease a plate with ghee and place it in the plate and flat it with spatula.
  6. Let it cool. Then cut it like barfi and serve with cashew.
