Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover Roti - 3 to 4
  2. Processed Cheese, grated - 4 cubes
  3. Paneer ( Cottage cheese) - 2 Tablespoons
  4. Pepper Powder - 1 / 4 Teaspoon
  5. Chilli Flakes - 1 / 4 Teaspoon
  6. Tandoori Masala - 1 / 4 Teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Sesame Seeds - 3 Tablespoons
  9. Oil - To deep fry
  10. Sealing Paste:
  11. 2 Tablespoons Corn Flour or maida ( All purpose flour) 
  12.  2 Tablespoons water to make a paste

Instructions

  1. Take one bowl, add cheese, paneer, pepper powder, chilli flakes, tandoori masala, salt, and mix well. Take one roti, put cheese mixture as required, roll it carefully. Seal both edges with corn flour paste and roll both edges in sesame seeds. Heat oil in kadai, deep fry all cigar till golden brown. Drain into absorbent paper. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
