Stuffed cheese balls

Ingredients to make Stuffed cheese balls

  • One cup boiled and mashed Aloo
  • One Cup grated Panner
  • Half cup grated cheese
  • Half cup bread crumbs
  • one chopped green chilli
  • One tbsp Black pepper Powder
  • Half tbsp oregano
  • Hlaf tbsp thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • For fillng......
  • Half cup fine chopped onion n Capsicum
  • Cheese cut in small cubes
  • Half tbsp oregano
  • Bread crumbs for dusting

How to make Stuffed cheese balls

  1. Take mashed aloo in mixing bowl
  2. Add Panner, cheese,bread crumb, greenchilli, blackpeeper powder, oregeno, thyme,salt and mix well
  3. For filling mix onion, Capsicum, oregano
  4. Take small portion from ready mixture and fill one tbsp filling and cubes of cheese and fold from sides and make small small balls
  5. Now dust ready cheese balls in breadcrumb​ and keep in fridge for half an hour
  6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry ready cheese balls till became golden and Crispy
  7. Serve with sewzan sauce
  8. Enjoy favriate cheese balls
My Tip: If you dont want to fill capscium and onion than you can fill only cheese cubes
