Ingredients to make Patta khandvi

  • Patta 4 piece
  • Besan 1 bowl
  • curd 1 bowl
  • Water 2 bowl
  • Muster seeds and Jira 1 tea spoon
  • Oli 1 table spoon
  • Haldi powder pinch of
  • salt as per taste

How to make Patta khandvi

  1. First bland water,curd and Besan as well.
  2. Now take pan and add above better n stirr until it became Thik.
  3. Now add pinch of haldi powder n salt
  4. Stirr it.
  5. Now take another pan add oil n add Jira and muster seed nake it crrakle..
  6. Add that oil in above pan n stirr properly.
  7. Khandvi's better is ready..
  8. Put patta on floor and brushed it with oil n add above Khandvi's better.
  9. Rest it for dry..
  10. Make roll and serve with mint chatni and green chili..
My Tip: You have stirr well for making Khandvi.. There wouldn't be lumps..
