ABOUT Desi Dahi chole RECIPE

Lightly flavoured, good for kids as snacks in the evening or small hunger. Tummy filling. I've given a tadka of white Mustard seeds, fennel and cumin with coconut oil here. The yougurt and lemon makes it creamy and tangy. Finishing off with fresh mint and coriander gives a completion to the dish. Did not feel the need of any other spices. My kids loved it the way it is. A new flavour for them rather than the same monotonous spices. You can use any unflavoured oil if not using coconut oil.
