Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 chopped onion
  2. Greeen peas
  3. 4 medium size boiled and peeled potatoes
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  7. 4 tablespoons oil to fry
  8. 1/2 teaspoon dry mango
  9. 2 teaspoon coriander leaves
  10. 3 slices bread

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai for frying. Heat oil.
  2. Then take a large bowl mash potatoes in it,add all the ingredients salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,chopped onions,coriander leaves,amchur powder.
  3. Make sure all the ingredients blends well with potatoes and keep it aside.
  4. Take bread slices and cut the sides from knife.
  5. Deep the bread slice into water for a second and squeeze off the excess water.
  6. Place the mixture of potatoes into bread and make oval shape from both the hands.it should be tight.
  7. Then deep fry the rolls on a medium flame until it turns to golden brown in color.
  8. Now serve hot rolls.
  9. For junglee chips:- Thinly slice the potatoes into a round shape.
  10. Deep fry the junglee potato chipson a same kadai and the same oil.
  11. Once the chips has been fried,take out in a same plate.
  12. Make french fries to make hairs of junglee chips.Cut potatoes into long and thin shape. Then fry it on a same kadai.
  13. Serve with ketchup.I have decorated potatoes with ketchup on them.
