Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer-100gm
  2. Ginger-1"
  3. Green chilli-3
  4. Coriander leaves chopped-2 tbsp
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Lijjat papad -5
  7. Flour-2tbsp
  8. corn flour-1 tbsp
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grind together ginger ,green chillies and coriander leaves to a coarse paste.
  2. Grate the paneer
  3. Add ginger mixture to it.Mix well to make a soft dough.
  4. Grind the papads to a coarse powder.
  5. Mix together flour, corn flour, salt, pepper, 1/2cup water.
  6. Make lemon size balls out of paneer mixture ,dip in the flour mixture, roll in papad powder and then deep fry them.
  7. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
