ABOUT Chocolate Rakhi RECIPE

These are rakshabandhan special , edible rakhis. Surprise your kids with this delightful snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2tbsp coco powder
  2. 2tbsp powdered sugar
  3. 2tbsp milk powder
  4. 2tbsp melt butter (unsalted)
  5. 1/2cup milk
  6. For Rakhi -
  7. 1/2mtr lace
  8. Some sweetened shapes

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Melt the butter in pan.
  3. Mix dry material in butter.
  4. Then add milk. While batter looks smooth (without lamp).
  5. Grease the mould put the batter in the mould.
  6. Rest for 1hour in fridge. while the chocolate is refrigerated, make the bands ready.
  7. For Rakhi -
  8. Paste the chocolate shape using some molten chocolate on to the lace.
  9. Then decorate with sweetened shapes .
  10. Our chocolate Rakhi is ready for kids.
