Ingredients to make Mangolicious Rice Kheer

  • Milk -1.5 litres
  • Soaked basmati rice -1/2cup
  • Sugar -1/2 cup or as per taste
  • Cardamom powder -1/2tsp
  • Mango pulp -1-1/2cup
  • Few mango chunks for garnishing
  • Chopped nuts 1/2,Cup for garnishing

How to make Mangolicious Rice Kheer

  1. Soak basmati rice for half an hour then crush with hands or coarsely grind it.
  2. Make pulp of mangoes .
  3. In a heavy bottom vessel add milk and bring a gud boil than add crushed rice.
  4. Keep stirring after 5 minutes it may stick to the bottom of the vessel and keep the flame at low .
  5. Kheer gets thicken in one hour and and become Rusty in colour.
  6. Add sugar and again stir it till sugar dissolves for 5 minutes.
  7. Rice kheer is ready let it cool then add mango pulp mix it well.
  8. Mangolicious rice kheer is ready to serve garnish with chopped nuts add mango chunks to it.
  9. Can't wait have a sulllurrpppp.
My Tip: Add mango pulp when it cools down
