Ingredients to make Bhel Puri Pulav

  • basmati rice 2 cup
  • FOR GREEN chicken: chicken 1/2 kg
  • Gg paste 1 tbsp
  • pepper little
  • Green chutney 4 to 5 tsp
  • For green chutney : handful of mint leaves
  • 2 handfuls coriander leaves
  • 2 garlic pods
  • 1 green chillies
  • Zeera pwdr
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • imli chutney
  • tamarind pulp (1 hand ful tamarind soaked in warm water)
  • jaggery acc to sweatness
  • 10 seadless dates
  • Red chillie pwdr 1 tsp
  • mint SOUP: Handful of mint
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 green chillie
  • 1 packet maggic coconut milk pwdr
  • Zeera 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves few
  • 2 potatoes boiled and cut into cubes
  • 1 tomato CHOPPED
  • Hand ful of coriander leaves chopped finely
  • 1 bunch spring onion chopped finely
  • juice of lemon 1
  • Bhel mix 1/2 cup
  • Nylon sev

How to make Bhel Puri Pulav

  1. Boil the rice as regular and keep aside
  3. Take the pulp,add jaggery ,dates ,salt and chillie pwder and let it boil till thick
  5. Grind mint leaves,coriander leaves,garlic pods,green chilies, salt ,zeera pwdr and lemon juice
  7. Marinate the chicken with giner garlic paste salt pepper green chillies and chutney,for atleast an hour
  8. Leave some chutney for layering
  9. Take oil add 1 garlic pod and fry add the marinated chicken , fry and cook till done
  11. Grind the mint leaves with garlic,salt,zeera pwdr,lemon juice
  12. Take oil add the garlic,whole zeera ,curry leaves and add the chutney
  13. Add 1 packet coconut milk(dissolve in water)
  14. Let it boil for 10 mins
  15. Chop the tomatoes, spring onion,mint & coriander leaves , boiled potatoes & lemon juice to taste
  16. LAYERS
  17. Take a deep dish,add rice
  18. Add the chicken and the green chutney
  19. Add the imli chutney
  20. Add all the choped vegetables one at a time add lemon juice
  21. Garniah with bhel mix and sev
  22. Mix and serve with mint soup
  23. Mix and serve
