ABOUT Chicken Chilli RECIPE

This is a famous Indo Chinese dish, that can be made in a jiffy, follow this easy recipe to make this for your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless Chicken -1/2 kg
  2. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
  3. Ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
  4. Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
  5. Curd - 2 tbsp
  6. Onion - 2
  7. Green chillies - 4
  8. Capsicum -2
  9. Cornflour - 1 tbsp
  10. Soya sauce - 3 tbsp
  11. Chilli sauce -1 tbsp
  12. Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
  13. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with Kashmiri chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, 1 tbsp soya sauce, curd, cornflour and little salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Fry marinated Chicken pieces till golden and keep aside.
  3. Cut onions and capsicum in 1" cubes. Cut green chillies in middle.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and green chillies. Fry for a minute.
  5. Add capsicum pieces and fry.
  6. Add soya sauce and fried chicken pieces.
  7. Add Tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
  8. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  9. Remove from fire and serve hot.
