Tapioca Custard

Ingredients to make Tapioca Custard

  • 5 tbsp tapioca or sabudana ( soaked for 1 hour)
  • 1tbsp coconut milk powder
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar free or powder sugar
  • 2-3 drops of rose essence
  • 1 cup of mix Fruit

How to make Tapioca Custard

  1. In 1 cup of warm water add 1 tbsp coconut milk powder and mix well.
  2. Heat this coconut milk in a pan, add 5 tbsp soaked tapioca
  3. add 3 tbsp milk powder. Cook until the tapioca gets translucent and float on top.
  4. Add 3/4 tbsp of sugar free or powder sugar.
  5. Switch off the flame, add 2 drops of rose essence, mix well. Place in refrigerator to chill.
  6. Take a bowl add 2 tbsp of fruits ,then add tapioca custard. Repeat this process till the top.
  7. Garnish with fruits and basil leaves.
My Tip: you can increase the quantity of coconut milk powder.
