Ingredients to make Choco-pie

  • One packet Mari gold biscuits
  • 2cup chilled milk
  • 1tsp coffee powder
  • 3tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2TBSP BUTTER
  • 8tbsp powdered sugar

How to make Choco-pie

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add 1tsp coffee powder and mix it with 1/2cup chilled milk and 2tbsp powdered sugar and make a coffee mix.
  2. Now take another bowl and put melted butter in it with 6tbsp of sugar powder and 3tbsp of cocoa powder with 1.5cup milk to make a chocolate sauce.
  3. Now take a foil paper and spread it on tray.
  4. Dip Marie biscuit in coffee mix and keep it on foil paper, Now spread chocolate sauce evenly on biscuits.
  5. Take another biscuit and dip in it coffee mix and put it on the top of first biscuit and again spread chocolate sauce over it .
  6. Repeat this process again to make a choco-pie .
  7. Tightly wrapped in Foil paper and keep it freeze for 2hours.
  8. After 2hours remove the foil paper.
  9. Cut the pieces in slanting shapes.
