Ingredients to make Wheat flour and sooji sheera

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 table spoon sooji
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 cup boil water
  • 1/4 tea spoon elaichi powder
  • Almonds for decoration

How to make Wheat flour and sooji sheera

  1. In a pan pour ghee , wheat flour.
  2. Keep it on high flame stirring continuously
  3. When its color changes a little add sooji in it.
  4. Stir for more five minutes on medium flame.
  5. Now when its color turns to brown( like almond peel) add boiling water
  6. Keep flame high at the time of adding water
  7. Stir continuously so that no lumps remain
  8. Now cook it for two minutes on medium flame .
  9. Add sugar and elaichi powder and again cook a little
  10. Off the gas decorate it with almond pieces
  11. Serve hot
