ABOUT Vermicelli Potato Tikki RECIPE

Delicious, crispy and crunchy tikkis made with potatoes, vermicelli. A perfect snack for monsoon evenings.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup Vermicelli
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/3tsp Red chilli powder
  5. 1/2tsp dry Mango powder
  6. 1tbsp Corn flour
  7. 1/2cup raw vermicelli
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil the vermicelli in the pan and strain in strainer.
  2. Take a bowl add boiled vermicelli, boiled potatoes and add all dry ingredients .mix well.
  3. Then make a tikki.
  4. Tikki roll in raw vermicelli.
  5. Then deep fry it.
  6. Our vermicelli potato Tikki is ready to serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
