  • For noodals
  • Moong dal-1/2 cup
  • Udad dal-1/4 cup
  • Chawla dal-1/4 cup
  • Maida-1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil -1 tsp
  • Capsicum-1/4 cup(chopped)
  • Carrot-1/2 cup(chopped)
  • Cabbage-1/4 cup(chopped)
  • Onion+1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Tomoto sauce-4 tbsp
  • Tomato Chilli sauce- 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar-1/4 tsp
  • White pepper crushed-1/4 tsp
  • Black salt-according to taste
  • Black pepper crushed-1/4 tsp
  • Oil for fry

How to make Crispy,crunchy,chinese bhel with dals

  1. Soak all the dals in water for 1 or more hour
  2. Remove from water
  3. Mix well in grinder
  4. Pour in bowl
  5. Add maida, 1 TSP oil, salt
  6. Mix well
  7. Batter should be like this
  8. Pour this mixture in to plastic bag
  9. Heat oil in pan
  10. Make noodles
  11. Fry till golden brown
  12. Remove in plate
  13. Mix all the vegetables,sauces, spices in noodles when u want to eat
  14. Mix well
  15. This is yummy .no one find out the ingredients from which noodles made
