Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For noodles :
  2. Moong dal-1/2 cup
  3. Urad dal-1/4 cup
  4. Chawla dal-1/4 cup
  5. Maida-1 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil -1 tsp
  8. Capsicum-1/4 cup(chopped)
  9. Carrot-1/2 cup(chopped)
  10. Cabbage-1/4 cup(chopped)
  11. Onion+1/4 cup (chopped)
  12. Tomoto sauce-4 tbsp
  13. Tomato Chilli sauce- 2 tbsp
  14. Vinegar-1/4 tsp
  15. White pepper crushed-1/4 tsp
  16. Black salt- according to taste
  17. Black pepper crushed-1/4 tsp
  18. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Soak all the dals in water for 1 or more hour
  2. Remove from water
  3. Mix well in grinder
  4. Pour in bowl
  5. Add maida, 1 TSP oil, salt
  6. Mix well
  7. Batter should be like this
  8. Pour this mixture in to plastic bag
  9. Heat oil in pan
  10. Make noodles
  11. Fry till golden brown
  12. Remove in plate
  13. Mix all the vegetables,sauces, spices in noodles when you want to eat
  14. Mix well
  15. This is yummy .no one find out the ingredients from which noodles made
