Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet sweet biscuits any
  2. 2 tablespoons sugar
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. Pinch of cinnamon
  5. oil

Instructions

  1. Take sweet biscuits.
  2. Grind the biscuits with rolling pin.
  3. Then make dough with the help of milk.
  4. Meanwhile in pan add 1 bowl water, sugar, cinnamon and make sugar syrup.
  5. With biscuits dough make small balls.
  6. Now heat oil in kadhai and deep fry all balls.
  7. All the dough balls are deep fried and ready to be dipped in sugar syrup.
  8. All balls are to be dunked into sugar syrup for 15 minutes.
  9. Your Gulabjamun is ready for serving.
