Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour-1 n 1/2 cup.
  2. Baking power-1 n 1/2 tsp
  3. Baking soda-1tsp
  4. Powdered Sugar-1cup
  5. Curd -1/2cup
  6. Oil-1/2cup
  7. Milk-1cup
  8. Green Cardamom-2
  9. Black pepper -6
  10. Tea leaves-1tbsp
  11. Vinegar -1tsp

Instructions

  1. Add oil to powdered sugar mix till creamy in consistency.
  2. Add curd to it.
  3. Prepare marsala chai by boiling milk ,crushed green cardamom ,blackpepper.Add tea leaves boil.Strain the chai let it be cool.
  4. Add to curd sugar oil mixture.Mix well.
  5. Seive together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  6. Now add dry and wet ingredients by cut and fold method.
  7. Add vinegar to it mix well.
  8. Now line a muffins tray.
  9. Pour one scoop batter in each cavity.
  10. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
  11. Let it be cool on a wire rack.
