ABOUT Peanut butter brownie (eggless) RECIPE

Peanut butter is rich in protein and energy for growing kids, so make something delicious out of them.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 75 gms butter
  2. 3cups maida
  3. 6 tbsps peanut butter
  4. 100ml oil
  5. 1 1/2 cup sugar
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 3 tsp cocoa powder
  8. 1.5 tsp baking powder
  9. 1 pinch baking soda

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, oil, sugar, and peanut butter together
  2. Sieve maida, cocoa powder, and baking powder
  3. Fold the dry mix alternating with milk and prepare a smooth batter
  4. Grease and line an 8 inch pan and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 35 mins.
