One laddu a day for kids can make then strong and healthy.My kids love this.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. sesame seeds.....50 gram
  2. poppy seeds........50 gram
  3. Dates........50 gram
  4. Cashew......50 gram
  5. dry grapes.....50 gram
  6. jaggery......75 gram
  7. dry coconut....50 gram
  8. Almond......50 gram
  9. ghee...3 spoons
  10. .

Instructions

  1. chop the dry fruits
  2. Dry roast sesame,poppy seeds,cashew,dry coconut and almond separately.
  3. Make thick jaggery syrup using water and jaggery.
  4. Add date pieces and 2 spoons ghee into syrup and heat it.
  5. Add dry grapes and roasted items to the syrup and mix them & off the flame.
  6. put the mix into a plate and let it cool.
  7. Make laddus using ghee.laddu is ready.
