  • Cottage Cheese -250 gm( finger shape)
  • Refined flour- 3-4 Tbs
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tbs
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder -1 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 2 tbs
  • Pizza seasoning - 1 tbs
  • Crushed black pepper - 1-2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs (for coating)
  • Oil for frying
  • Slurry (Corn flour+Refined flour+water+Salt+Kashmiri red chilli powder)

How to make Spicy Cottage Cheese Fingers

  1. First of all take Refined flour, Salt, chaat masala, fenugreek leaves, Chilli flakes and mix well in a plate
  2. Now take Paneer and cut into fingers shape and wrapped in dry meterial
  3. Now dip in slurry
  4. Then Coat in bread crumbs
  5. Now fry on Medium flame till the golden colour
