Ingredients to make Birdie uttapam

  • Urad daal 1 glass
  • Rice 3 glass
  • Capsicum 1grated
  • Onion 1grated
  • Tomato 1grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 2chopped
  • Black pepper 1
  • Black pepper powder 1pinch
  • oil

How to make Birdie uttapam

  1. Soak dal and rice in water for 4-6 hours.
  2. Grind them in mixer together.
  3. Keep it for fermentation for 8-10 hours.add salt in it.
  4. Prepare uttpam one semicircle and one small circle .
  5. Add all the grated vegetables and red chilli powder over it.
  6. Make capsicum legs black pepper eye and tomato tongue .
