  2. add oil and salt to water
  3. when boil drain the water
  4. heat olive oil in a pan
  5. add onion and garlic saute them
  6. add carrot and celery
  7. cook for 5 min. until soft
  8. add olive and capers
  9. add chilli sauce
  10. then take tomato paste and add it with water
  11. add salt and pepper
  12. when pasta coated in gravy it is ready to serve
  13. grate cheese
  14. garnish with parsley
