ABOUT Masala sandwich RECIPE

This is a quick and easy sandwich recipe that can be a good breakfast or tiffin option.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 big packet sandwich bread
  2. Chopped onion, tomato, green peppers, cucumber [1 cup each]
  3. Green coriander mint chatney - 6 tbsp
  4. Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
  5. Sev [for garnishing]
  6. 5 big size boiled potatoes
  7. Salt as per needed for taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes. After cooling mash it & mix all spices to it. Chop all the vegetables for the salad. Add salt as per taste.
  2. Prepare green chatney with coriander,mint leaves,ginger,garlic,green chillies,lemon, little water, salt, hing, by blending them together.
  3. Heat the sandwich makes or the oven.
  4. First take 2 breads. Spread green chatney to both on one side only.
  5. Take mashed potatoes masala to one bread or you can add panner & cheese also.
  6. Add some of chopped vegetables. Now cover with the other bread.
  7. Now apply little oil on the surface of the sandwich maker, and toast the sandwiches on each side for 3 minutes or until desired color is obtained.
  8. Garnish it with tomato sauce, sev,cheese.
