Ingredients to make Rice vada

  • Boiled rice 2 bowls
  • Besan 1 1/2 bowls
  • Water as required
  • Suji or rice floor 1 table spoon
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Pinch of Black pepper powder
  • Sugar 2 table spoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinch of Baking soda
  • Lemon juice 1tea spoon
  • Oil for deep frying

How to make Rice vada

  1. Take a bowl and add rice, then mash it properly..
  2. Now in that add Besan, rice Suji ,and add all ingredients except oil.
  3. Mix it properly make a thick batter by using water
  4. Now heat oil and put that batter & make uneven balls in oil and fry it till it becomes golden brown.
  5. Serve with ketchup

My Tip:

Enjoy it in rainy season In place of bhajiya by using rice.
