Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled rice 2 bowls
  2. Besan 1 1/2 bowls
  3. Water as required
  4. Suji or rice floor 1 table spoon
  5. Chopped onion 1
  6. Pinch of Black pepper powder
  7. Sugar 2 table spoons
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Pinch of Baking soda
  10. Lemon juice 1tea spoon
  11. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add rice, then mash it properly..
  2. Now in that add Besan, rice Suji ,and add all ingredients except oil.
  3. Mix it properly make a thick batter by using water
  4. Now heat oil and put that batter & make uneven balls in oil and fry it till it becomes golden brown.
  5. Serve with ketchup
