Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Hard boiled egg 4
  2. Onion finely sliced 1 cup
  3. Gram floor 2 table spoon
  4. Conflour 2 teaspoon
  5. Chilli 2 chopped
  6. Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. curry leaves
  9. Turmeric powder 3/4teaspoon
  10. Chicken masalaor garam masala half tspoon
  11. Salt
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled egg into 2 or 3 parts
  2. To a bowl add all the remaing ingriedients and mix well
  3. Add a little water if needed..
  4. Coat the egg piece with onion mixture
  5. Deep fry using cooking oil
  6. Serve hot with tomato chutney
