Ingredients to make Laddu

  • Thick wheat flour 2 bowl
  • Good or sugar powder 2 bowl
  • Elachi powder pinch of
  • Water as required
  • oil for deep fry
  • Ghee 1 1/2 bowl
  • Dry fruit chopped 1/2 bowl

How to make Laddu

  1. Take flour and add 2 table spoons oil mix it make their hard laddu and deep fried it .
  2. Now blend that fried laddu in mixer and make it in powder form.
  3. Another side take pan add ghee and good .stirr it on low flame until good properly melted.
  4. After that add that melted good in above laddu's powder .
  5. Add all dry fruits and make their laddu using hands..
My Tip: Ghee is must and in perfect quantity.
