Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm. Fresh chena/ paneer
  2. 3/4 Cup Mango puree
  3. 2 tbsp condensed milk
  4. 5-6 almond soaked in water
  5. 1 tbsp sugar
  6. 12-15 kesar strands
  7. 1/8 cup milk for soaking kesar
  8. FOR GARNISH
  9. Pistachio sliced
  10. 4-5 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. First knead fresh paneer till it becomes soft and smooth. Add 1 tbsp of condensed milk add 1 tbsp of sugar and knead well.
  2. Soaked Kesar in milk. Keep it aside. Peel soaked almonds. Sliced it.
  3. In a pan add mango puree and 1 tbsp condensed milk or little more if mango is not much sweet. Add paneer mixture and sliced almonds.
  4. Mix it well. Keep stirring on medium heat till it leaves sides of pan. Add Kesar milk. Mix well.
  5. All this process took me around 10 minutes. But keep stirring all the time because it stick to pan Very fast.
  6. Switch off the flame. Let it cool. Make mango sandesh. Make these sandesh in mango shape to make it more drooling.
  7. Garnish it with pista sliced and mint leaves. Mango sandesh is ready to serve.
