Ingredients to make Mango chocolaty ice cream Puri

  • For filling Ripe Alphonso mango freezed pulp one cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
  • Condensed milk one cup
  • For poori Suji semolina 2 cups
  • Ghee 250 grams
  • Water for kneading
  • For coating over Puri dark chocolate 100 grams
  • Ripe mango for Garnish 1
  • Ice cream sprinkles 2 teaspoon
  • Grapes or cherries 8 to 10
  • White whipped cream 1 tablespoon
  • Heart shaped chocolate 6 piece optional

How to make Mango chocolaty ice cream Puri

  1. Take two cups semolina and add lukewarm ghee 2 tablespoon and mix it then put some water and knead it well
  2. Cover it with muslin cloth for 10 minutes
  3. Not take this big dough piece and flatten it
  4. Then cut it into a small circular piece using small bowl
  5. Then deep fried in ghee over medium flame and then cool it
  6. Melt dark chocolate using double boiler method then apply it around Puri then cool it in the fridge 10 minutes
  7. For feeling put one mango pulp vanilla ice cream and condensed milk in pot mix it until it becomes frothy and cool it fridge for 20 minutes
  8. Now put cool mango ice cream mixture in the chocolaty Puri
  9. Garnish it with slice of mango flower and pipe it with whipped cream and decorate it with ice cream sprinkles
