ABOUT Baked mango Mishti Doi RECIPE

This is a different variety of the very famous mishti doi, by adding mangoes and baking this.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 400gm thick curd
  2. 400 ml condensed milk
  3. 2-sweet mango
  4. 2- spoon sweet mango prices

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the flesh of 2 ripened sweet mangoes.
  2. Blend the flesh in a blender to form a smooth pulp.
  3. Keep 1 spoon of the pulp aside to be used later.
  4. Mix 400 gms thick curd , 400 ml condensed milk in blender , blend till smooth, add mango puree & blend again.
  5. I have used keser mango
  6. preheat oven at 100 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
  7. Put the curd mixture into a baking dish.
  8. sprinkle mango pulp, bake until just set for 15-20 mints , ready to be served.
