ABOUT MANGO PURIS / AAM KI POORI RECIPE

Try out these delicious puris made with mango pulp. They taste very good with aamras and kadhi. This simple meal surely is drool worthy and kids are going to love the mango flavoured puris. They can also be served with rabri .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour ...... 1 cup or as needed
  2. Mango pulp ....... as much required for kneading the dough.
  3. Sugar ........... 1 tsp (optional)
  4. Salt ............ 1 pinch to balance the flavours.
  5. Cardamom powder ... 1/8 tsp
  6. Ghee .............. 1 tsp (for moin)
  7. Oil ........... to fry

Instructions

  1. Take flour in a bowl or a plate. Add the ghee, sugar, salt and cardamom powder and mix well.
  2. Knead the dough using mango pulp. add a spoonful at a time until the dough is soft and smooth.
  3. Heat oil for frying. Roll out puris and fry them.
