Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Milk 3 cups
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Saffron 3 strands
  5. Oats Powder 3 tbsp
  6. Mango Puree 2-3
  7. 8-10 bread slices
  8. Kewra Essence 1/8 tsp
  9. Ripe Mango Essence 1/2 tsp
  10. Milk(for soaking bread) 2-3 tbsp
  11. Almonds 2 (finely chopped)
  12. Pistachios 5-6 (finely chopped)
  13. Sliver Leaf 2

Instructions

  1. Take a bread slices and cut into half or any shapes of your choice.
  2. Pre-heat the air fryer for 5mins.
  3. Arrange the bread slices into the basket and toast them for 5 mins.
  4. Now take milk, add sugar, cardamon powder, and saffron. Bring it to boil and keep stiring for 5-7 mins.
  5. Now add oats powder and cook on low heat. Stir continuesly.
  6. Cook till the mixture becomes thick and the milk is reduced to half.
  7. Switch off the flame.
  8. Take mango puree and add to the reduced mixture. Mix nicely.
  9. Now add kewra essence, ripe mango essence and mix nicely. Keep aside to cool.
  10. Once the mixture is cooled. Take toasted bread slices and arrange them into the serving plate.
  11. Now take milk and soak bread slices. Now pour the prepared mixture over the bread slices and garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios, and sliver leaf.
  12. Serve chilled with fresh mango pieces..
