  • 2 cup milk powder
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • For sugar syrup - 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • chopped dry fruit for garnish

How to make Milkpowder peda

  1. Mix milk powder , milk and butter well , make soft dough with it .
  2. Keep this dough into the fridge for about 15 - 20 minutes .
  3. Meanwhile take a pot add water , sugar , cardamom powder . Cook this sugar syrup until one string consistency reaches .
  4. Now take out milk powder dough and crumble this dough with hands .
  5. Take a pan , add dough crumble and sugar syrup , cook until mixture leaves the sides of the pan . Let it cool this about 5 - 7 minutes .
  6. Make small pedas with it and garnish with chopped pistachios or almonds .
